The cottage was built in 1928, additions in the 60’s. It was owned by the same family since ~1948, and they raised 5 kids in the small cottage. It used to have a green roof back in the day and also used to have train tracks in the front yard, less than 30 feet from the front door that would run from the Lakeland cannery up to Stillwater, Minnesota.
